CANCELLATION POLICY

24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy – GlowGal Salon At GlowGal, we value our time and yours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have a strict cancellation and no-show policy in place.     •    Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.     •    No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and business.
